She runs rough on a full tank but not that badly, still shakes and misfires, but last night she was on 1/4 tank and everytime I kept stopping she would stall.

With a full tank I'm wondering if the weight of the petrol is helping feed her but she isn't getting enough fuel ie low fuel rail pressures, and when the tank is 1/4 or just over left, the pump can't pick enough up to keep her running. She also has difficulty starting in the cold mornings recently, working on the fact that the petrol level has lowered overnight due to the temp.

Last night I watched the rev needle as I slowed down to junctions and dumped the clutch, just drop to 750 rpm, now with a full tank she drops to 1000 rpm then slowly down to 800ish rpm, maybe a little higher.
