Hi What is the standard Turbo(VF24??) for a v5 Sti Type R and what is it's safe power limit?

VF28, wouldnt want to go too much above 330bhp (its only ickle)

what would be a good replacement for it? I would like to keep the lag down but get around 350bhp, sitting at 304 at the mo..

The Size to get a good 350bhp. Straight swap would be good

We neet to get a thread dedicated to turbo's with all the info needed and best uses. I think alot of people would find it very handy?? Any thoughts about this??
