I like the look of the monitor that Bob Rawle is using.
where can you get k-type thermocouples from to actually dangle in the airpath to measure the temps?
is there a way of making the unit switchable between two thermocouples, sort of like a scart lead splitter on the telly?

Peanuts, in the Project section, this very thing is being dissused. 1 of the threads has links to the very meter your on about with 2 inputs.
