Fault code 33 on '94 WRX RA
My car is showing fault code 33 and is running in 'limp home mode' with a rev limit of about 4000. The fault code is 'wonky speed sensor' but my speedo reads fine! I havn't fitted the UK speedo convertor yet as I want to make sure it all works first.
Anyone got any ideas?

Hi mate,
How did you get the code from the car, as I am sure my 95 RA has a fault. Thanks for your help mate...
By the way, I think the speed sensor refers to the engine speed sensor, which is located in the passenger side of the engine poking in through the cam cover at the top.
Cheers

The black connectors are below the steering wheel.
I'll have a look for this engine speed sensor.
Cheers
