Motul 15/50 or 10/40
Silkolene 15/50 I think
Castrol RS 10/60
Mobil 15/50

Dont go for 0/40 or 5/40 except if your only gonna keep it in for a couple of 1000 miles as its too thin

Oh and make sure its fully synthetic - the ones listed above are

Even if I was only changing it every 2000 miles (I change every 3500). I would still not use 0/anything. It is still too thin even for short term use IMHO.

As Fangoria says use one of these

Motul 15/50 or 10/40
Silkolene 15/50 I
Castrol RS 10/60
Mobil 15/50

Please don't use 0/40. You should be able to get Mobil 15/50 easily, even halfords sell it.

Approx 4.25 to 4.5l

Pour four litres in (including the oil filter pre-fill), then add 100cc at a time, checking on the dipstick until it's half way between the Min and Max marks.

Mine (sti5) takes about 4.7l to the mid way point but it can and does vary by car

Mine also has a habit of using a litre every 1k miles!! - but this is not abnormal for the Omega pistons I have...............
