Check your water hoses - a few under /around there to turbo, headertank etc. which may have burst or come off, and best to replace them with the Samco water hose accessory set.

Else have the water pump looked at, somewhere behind the crank pulley area?

Had the water pump replaced so its not that, trouble is you cant see under the intake manifold to see where its leaking

There are other water hoses to the manifold, and to/from the car heater that go under the manifold on the near side, but as you say not that easy to see.

Can you fill it with water and run it and look for spray / squirting water, or a flow down a pipe / block? Possibly better on ramps?

Else take it in to a Subaru dealer / specialist ( delete as applicable! ) and ask them to find the problem. Not worth overheating and blowing head gaskets or worse! Ask for a price before they fix a problem so you remain in control!!
