SCREECHING NOISE WHEN CHANGING GEAR
TOOK THE SCOOB OUT FOR A THRASHING LAST NIGHT AND NOTICED THIS SCREECHING NOISE WHEN CHANGING GEAR AT HIGH REVS.ONLY HAPPENED A FEW TIMES NOT ALL THE TIME.
ANYONE GOT ANY IDEAS?

?? If you're sorry for shouting, why didn't you turn the caps lock off and retype your message? 
Could be any number of things given that description. Possibly the likeliest is a worn clutch release bearing, but there are plenty of other potential suspects. Can you give us any more info - like where you thought it was coming from, whether it was worse in some gears than others, etc.?

Does the noise start as soon as you put your foot on the clutch then? Can you make it happen simply by declutching at high revs and not changing gear?
If the answer to both of those questions is yes, then the cause points even more strongly to the release bearing, but there are still plenty of other explanations.
