Default Should guages and knocklink be fused?

Was chatting with a mate (I have some, woohoo!) who is really into his ICE (Wireless to us mere mortals) and is a believer in putting fuses on everything.

Should I put fuses onto my Autometer gauges and knocklink. I didn't think anyone else had when reading about peoples installs of these things.

Can't hurt to fuse them if your worried about it. If you are using a feed that is completely unfused, i.e. direct from the battery, then definitely fit one. Otherwise you are protected already by what ever fuse the feed routes back to in the fuse box. In this case use a smaller fuse than the one in the box otherwise there isn't much point.
