Thumbs up Scott Lowe Mud Flaps

Just purchased a set of these (Cheers Scott they arrived today).

After reading the fitting instructions I have a few concerns about fitting them correctly.

I know that there have been numerous posts about this in the past and I remember reading one that gave very useful fitting tips but I can not seem to find it.

So, any help, advise, tips etc.. would be very much appreciated.

Cheers.

There easy to fit using Scotts instructions ,hardest bit is deciding if you want to drill a hole in the inner wing.

If your willing to wait till middle of next week ,I'll be fitting some I can take loads of photos of them being fitted it you want

Jason,

I doubt I will get time to fit them this weekend so no problem waiting for some pics.

I would probably get on ok but additional help is much appreciated.

Cheers.

Fitted the front Mudflaps today drivers side to about 30 min passenger side about 10 min when you know what your doing.

I've taken a few photos not as many as I would have like to but I was working on my own.

I'll be doing the rear flaps tomorrow so ill add more to the webpage then.

I've put some instructions on my website for you to have a look at.

Any problems e-mail me or give Scott a ring he's very very helpful ,he doesn't just sell products he knows the products he sells very well.

Jasoon,

Many thanks for the pics and tips. I have just fitted all of them today in no time at all. Almost dropped one of the clips but just caught it in time!!

On the rears are you fitting the small bracket as well? I havent fitted this yet as I would have to drill the body of the car similar to the fronts. They seem to hold ok without it but wondered what you/others have done.

Thanks again for all the help.

I fitted mine and drilled the holes (only the farthest one on the front), and used the small bracket on the rear just slapped plenty high impact underseal around and in the holes prior to putting in the self tappers and put plenty over the top when tightened up.

I havent done any drilling yet. The fronts are held well as they are but I think I will drill the front as I am a bit worried that the loose bit may catch on the tyre.

Cant believe how different it looks I fitted mine on the higher setting.
