2.7A is not enough to give a significant supercharging effect. At 14.4V that is only 39W.

Hehe... I've seen these before. Nearly as piontless as the fake dump valve speaker which sounds when you release the throttle.

At least the ERAM is 57A and it is conceivable it may do as it claims. This was debated some time back, I think in the end it was realised it could not cope with the airflow required of it on a poewrful turbo motor.
