Default Speedo over reading

My MY98 Type R looks like the speedo is over reading by about 10 mph. I havent looked, but are the speedo converters adjustable in any way, ie a trim pot? I know its not a major problem, but obviously the car is clocking more miles than I am doing. Advanced thanks.
