Unhappy this is a strange one....

new 330mm discs fitted about a week ago, went out on sunday with a full car (5 up) ever since then i've been hearing a loud knocking/grinding coming from the passenger front wheel when i turn right..it also makes a tapping noise when going forward at low speeds...when i press the brake the noises stop...weird hey? the 4 pot calipers are NON subaru(original fitment not known,on car when i bought it) but they are AP as are the discs. I have also noticed that the mentioned disc appears to feel much hotter than the other disc...I have had the wheel bearings, trackrod ends and driveshafts all looked at and i've been told these are fine...the last set i had on only lasted about 5k (non ap discs) I have 17'' wheels on now but the caliper seems to close for comfort to the wheel but again ive had this checked and there are no scuff/catch marks on the wheel/caliper

Please help me im ripping my hair out!!!

Sounds like the calliper is seizing causing the pads to rub on the disk.. should be the same temp left to right..
