Default HELP in GERMANY!

First off i've recently moved to germany Fallingbostel to be exact an i'm looking to find a good garage or mechanic with good subaru knowledge. There is a subaru dealer near me, but with my lack of german an their lack of english describing problems could be a pain an so are dealership prices! so if any1 can help or reccomend any good garages in the area give me a shout as i know theres a couple of guys from germany on here.
Second problem when i hit about 50-60mph theres a bad vibration through the steering wheel an gearstick well the whole car really duno if it does it at higher speeds didn't fancy trying it, anyone any ideas? it's an MY93 WRX ain't put it into a garage yet due to problem above someone suggested tracking but it doesn't seem to pull either direction.

If youve got time mate pop in and see me in the servicing bay on the tankpark at 2rtr.
Sounds like wheel balancing, or drive shaft,
We can put it over the pit and ave a look mate.
