All circuits have noise regulations, the volume varies from circuit to circuit. If you are going to book one have a look on the organisers website or ask them for the levels.
There are two tests, the static test which is at around 4000-5000rpm half a meter at 45degrees from the tail pipe and the second is a drive by which is done on the circuit throughout the day. As long as you pass the drive by they are usually happy!
I have a 95WRX with a decat HKS 3inch pipe from the turbo back and have only failed the static once at Bedford but was Ok when they tested it on circuit so was aloud to drive all day! I don't know how loud yours is compared to a HKS but hope it gives you an idea!
