Can anyone please tell me if A Y7 ecu (from W reg classic) is ok for a 1993 car?

if its from a w reg car it won't fit a my93!

no chance,best ecu for that year would be a z4
which ive already offered to lend to you

I've been out of the UK too long to convert reg #'s to years... I assumed it was a typo and really a V7... I'll think before I type next time

as care3 said the Z4 is the best ecu for your car, they are hard to find though.

also look at getting a scoobyecu, they are great value for money and are set up for uk fuel.
