About to change my steering rack and need to know how much replacement fluid to buy. Anybody know off hand.

Also how do i make sure there is no air in the system. Never done a rack before so please excuse the question if it's silly.

Found the capacity... 0.7 litres.

Just need to know how to go about filling teh system without trapping any air.
