Will a HKS Sequential Dump Valve from a MY98 UK Turbo fit & work right on a Jap STi 3 MY96?

It is an universal model and you can install on all the turbocharged car you want.

dont think this is quite true, the dv may be, but they have adapter flanges, and I think that the 93 intercooler is different to the 98 one, and as such, the adapter flange will not be correct
