problem with brake light is on all the time .is this a circuit problem.

Your pads are low, your brake fluid's low, or you've left your handbrake on

That is probably more than likely the fluid reservoir being too low, or the float inside maybe stuck.

Or does he mean THE Brake Lights??

In which case check the adjustment on the stop light switch..

Dunno until he comes back..

If it is the light on the dash then it is most likely fluid level.. they sometimes lift up due to the rubber bit in the lid even though there is enough fluid so work removing the lid and checking the sensor in the middle.

Pads don't have sensors in, they have the usual Jap squeal prongs that touch the disks when the pads are low and squeal.

I thought I read somewhere if the pads are low, there's more play in the fluid, which could cause it to throw the warning light...? S'pose I could have dreamt it...

Judge,

Well when the pads wear there is more fluid in the calipers and therefore less in the resovoir so the light could come on.
So yes you are right if that were the circumstances..

there is just not a direct sensor on the pads to switch the light on..
