Would have expected a car from 97 to have this feature. I think is so your not reminded of the appauling fuel consumption.

(MY98 UK) It's just by the fuel gauge. Can't remember if it's below or to the side of it, but certainly on the instrument panel very near to the fuel gauge.

Hi:

The Fuel warning light is only from the MY98 Impreza onwards, before the MY98 models, you must trust in god...

Regards from Chile

Hi Subtyper:

That's a good question. I'd like we have the JDM Impreza version, but there is "only" the European Spec Impreza... but it's quite possible you could get JDM engines from Japan by importing them throught a city in the north of my country where you don't pay taxes. You have to do some legal tricks, but you can do it.

I guess the prices of tuning here are more than overseas because you need to import everything, by example if you make the import directly you usually will pay a 30% more than the price in USA or another place, that price includes taxes and shipping.
There are some people importing some stuff but they know the prices and always are higher than the rest of the world.

But there are some things you can make here, like exhausts, headers. Maybe they're not so pretty than a HKS or Invidia, but they perform well and you can get'em at very good price, by example I bought a header similar to a HKS at 170 US dolars Made in Chile.

By the way, Why are you asking? are you planning to come to Chile?

Regards
