i'm 99.9999999% sure my adjustable center diff has gone and I know subaru charge a fortune...but how much can i pick up a diff for (roughly) from a scooby breakers yard?

Also, how much do yuh reckon i'm looking at in labour charges to get it fitted?

Anyone here ever had the center diff go b4?
I've been told it's a very common thing to go on the scooby type R??

any help VERY VERY VERY much appreciated

cheers
Matt
