waste gate???

right im posting on behalf or jay ( im his g.friend n he dont hav a comp but he asked me 2 post this up!!??) right can some one tell me about waste gates for a classic impreza? cost? best make? beifits? etc......ne fing u all know thanx alot! x x amy on behalf of jayde x x x

Er, what exactly?
The turbo has a wastegate on it. Always (unless it's a very very old or very wierd setup!). If the question is about external wastegates, it'll rather depend on the turbo it's going to be matched to, etc.
Or am I at completely at the wrong end of the stick?
