You might try Montys in Sheffield; they seem to be import-friendly and they have access to a BOM from your GC-8xxxxxxxx chassis number. I'd get it fitted and checked at the Subaru Service Centre on St. Mary's Gate whilst you're in town too.

If you want any parts from Japan, try using this company www.irs.co.jp they are very helpfull and prompt.
I need a few parts for my GTB soon, so shall be getting a small order up myself, why use a middle man when you can do it all yourself.
Jon.

i have been watching my lambda readings for a while now
i posted ther values a while back and it was deamed that they were borderline towards running lean
i monitored them and have seen them drop slowley for a while
last nite i noticed that they were sitting on .795mv or simmiler and that was enough for me backed off and drove home
today i did a search on this very site and saw the halfords lm300 was recomended for the cars with the lambda sensor in the downpipe and not the headers, i read a lot of conflicting info about wire colours and such, went out and bought the said sensor (£25 bargin)
i checked against my cars wireing and its exactly the same, cut the plugs and transferd them over
fitted itand started the car
afr did its thing, warmed the car up and took it down a deserted road, the car atualy pulled much harder then i was expecting it to, checked the readings and it was hitting about .895mv
much much better
cant argue with £25, i belive they wont last as long as the originals, but apaerntly andy.f has had one in for a while and his car was shifting sum serious boost last time i checked
not sure if there suitible for the earlier cars tho?
