The Version 5/6 Link ECU will fit a MY99/00 UK & European car, as well as MY99/00 WRX and STI5 & STI 6 cars.

Obviously you will have it mapped for your car, rather than drop it straight in expecting results straight away.

Question

Are there any points to watch regarding the link stuff? I know all aftermarket ecu's have thier pro's and cons but don't know a great deal about Link stuff!

Thumbs up

Get it fitted mikey it will fit no probs and this is where it needs to be

Make sure you get the 3-port boost solonoid with it aswell and just think no more worries about maf sensors as it by-passes it.

Also you will need Lamda link + knock link aswell.

I would get Bob to map it if you can wait.

One of the best after market ECUs available, retaining original engine drivability and I recon it is pretty well proven.
Important to have all other aspects of car sorted before mapping and the No.1 mapper has to be Bob Rawle of BRD as his results have proven.
