possible boost problem

changed my boost pipe from the black pipe to the red pipe, as you can see the bore of the red pipe is smaller
question is will this reduce my max boost level
restricter and t connector still fitted

The smalled ID pipe would cause a boost drop as it would effectively decrease the 'bleed' to the solenoid and act as a restrictor consequently flowing less 'bled' air causing the actuator pressure to rise easier therefore reducing boost.

I havn't got a boost gauge fitted yet, we used a pneumatic gauge 0-3bar, fed it through the scoop using some spare red pipe and cable tied it to the winscreen wiper
car is totally transformed, how it should be
roll on next rolling road day in january
