FRONT FOG LIGHTS

JUST FITTED A 99 Style front bumper with Foglights to a TYpe R Sti and when changing the bumper noticed the wiring for the foglights already there so hooked the foglight connectors to the wiring loom but nothing there. Anyone have any ideas what else i would need to make them work and where the rest of the wiring is or if its there. 1998 STi v4 Type R

I was going to post the same thing earlier!!!
If the bulbs are present, check that the loom is giving a suitable voltage at the connector, but TBH if they are both not working i would bet money that the bulbs have been removed.

Bulbs are there and think i may of missed the point. I have only connected the foglights the car doeasnt seem to have a front foglight switch or does it work of the rear switch and also think they should be fused somewhere but no idea where. See the car never came as standard with foglights so think maybe the wiring is there but nout else just wondering if anybody has had similar experience
