Front mounted intercoolers and bonnet scoops
#2
I saw a white scooby at Torque Developments last year where the scoop had been truned around, bit of chopping & filling required.
Looked unusual, but somewhere for the hot under bonnett air to come out of, others fit a sport bonnett, others fit an oil cooler where the Inter cooler was & keep the scoop in its oriogional possition.
Barge.

I have recently fitted a fmic to CK1.
I'm undecided whether to simply leave the bonnet as it is or fit something a bit more individual. I don't think I'll turn the scoop around though.
I was planning to fit a top mount oil-cooler (like the car in this months Banzai) but I'm really undecided.
I've seen a fab bonnet on a Jap website that may just have to grace CK1.
James.
There is a tiny amount of lag, but nothing to be concerned about. The car is still amazingly driveable.
