Zoff

Remember "COLD" means you will only get the temp of the outside air coming in. if its a warm day ,warm aircomes in . if you want it to be colder use A/C.Without A/C only the WARM to HOT settings will change the outside air temp coming into the car.

be lucky

i understand..
when using the fresh air designation air coming in should be the ambient temp. of the out side air with a minor variant
my air is at least 10 to 15 degrees warmer with the heat control on the coldest setting
any thoughts
the dealer tells me to use the a/c to me this is not normal

Sounds like the temp control is not shutting the coolant valve, your dealers trying to fob you off.

Go to "WALMART" buy a gun. Go see the dealer again .Shoot him in the leg. Then ask him the question again.

Should do the trick
