Neither were the rest of us! The quickest way to learn is usually the Search, as you don't have to sit there waiting for someone to answer your question!

I used Silkolene Pro S in my last 2 oil changes. Even after a track day it still came out red. Good **** IMO

Motul 300V 15W50 in my sump and Castrol Syntrax in the gears, they seemed to get the most recommendations when I was looking before my last change. Mine's a GL non-turbo though so I hope the same advice applies.
Seems to run smoother and cooler (judging by the OE water gauge so who knows really..!) than with whatever the garage were putting in before I chose myself. It's a bit easier to get into 1st while moving a bit than it used to be, the 'box still has its off days though.

Give us a wave if you see a silver MY95 GL around Sheff

Cheers,

Ben
