Replace to MY99 or MY2000???
#1
I own a MY98 Impreza with scoobysport exhaust(sounds great!)and WRC 3 part rear wing.
I've recently driven the my99 model, I enjoyed the engine, the new gearbox and the brakes. I'm planning to change my car soon.
Does anybody know what upgrades\improvments will be to the new MY2000?? , or should I buy now a MY99?

well Lidor, what does a person do?
Buy the My99 as nobody knows when the new model is going to arrive. Maybe late this year, maybe late next year.
When the MY2000 arrives, if you like it, part ex, swallow the couple of grand you may loose and take delivery of the new one.
Or wait....

Hi Lidor,
According to people at Subaru (Ori Regev and others) the new model will be released at September 2000 and therefore will be the MY2001 and changes are not cleared yet.
As you already know performance depend much on driver's skills so maybe it will be wise to spend some money on that instead of just "running after the technology".
See you on Friday's events,
Eran Dukas.
