i only had me scoob a few months and i am unable to understand the fault diagnosis system that you all seem to use to find out what is wrong!!
My light comes on everytime i go up a steep hill accelerating hard and has done it when i tried to see the top speed a few times ( i was on private property for that by the way - i getting used to the car!)

Could be coolant temp sensor... Does the engine also 'hunt' when cold, varying revs between 1 - 2,000 rpm?

 

it doesnt do that thing between 1-2000 revs but sumtimes i can start it and it will feel ruff through the revs and not smooth as it shud b. I have had a k&n, baily dump valve and blitz plugs recently dun, and it has not been tuned yet - would this be part of the prob? i aslo using optimax and hot shot octane booster
