Aircon would be useful in this weather wouldn't it, well it would if it worked. MY95 WRX import, press the button but no cold air, what's wrong, where is it and what should I check....it's getting hot in here, so take off all...

Never mind

Help please

turn temp **** all the way to left(20). turn direction of air flow all the way to the left(front vents). push a/c button and re-circulate button, then turn fan speed to auto. should get decidedly baltic in a minute or so.

hope this helps

cheers

Perhaps the system has lost pressure, maybe need re pressurising, the current a/c systems normally need such every two - three years.
get the motor to an A/C company, rather than a dealer, much cheaper to regas.

Coolair UK, or a local aircon specialist should charge around £85 + VAT. They may be quite busy this week though!

Cheers, think it may be the pressure thing as have tried what bigsinky said and it doesn't get any colder.

Anyone know of a company which could do this in Scotland, preferably Fife / Lothian area?

Don't want to worry you or anything --- My Aircon packed up last year - turned out to be a stone through the front grill and RIGHT through the heat exchanger !

350 quid !!!!!

I've fitted meshing to the front now - much better

Mark
