Error code 45?

To cut a long shory short, I've been having eratic boost problems since fitting a scoobyecu and the ECU wasn't showing an error code, but I've just tried a different ecu and it reports an error 45, so, any idea what it is and what it does. Anyone got a relacement I could try before I buy another?
