Cool

I am trying to create a front mount for a non-scoob, I have sourced a core etc, but need some pipes made up/bent. Anyone know any companies in Essex area or suggest the type of company I should be looking for to do this.

If the first one works well then there may be demand for others, so I'd need someone who could replicate it again at a later date.

Pace do a range of cast or fabricated alloy bends for use in alloy pipes, but that would mean welding in the bends.

Thin wall (1mm) stainless would probably work well, 1.5mm might be a touch heavy to use for the whole system. Ideally see if H&S can roll a bead on the end of the pipe for the hose to get a good mechanical grip on. MRT FMIC pipes are as I have described and seem to work well, they usually have it on display at PE for RR days.
