Hi all,

I need some advice on how to make the alarm (standard sigma) on a p1 be totaly silent unless triggered of course!!
I work dodgy hours and the neighbours moan because every time i open or the door it beeps to let me know that the car will arm itself, i want to try to remove this feature but it doesnt say how to do it in the small booklet.
The alarm doesnt make any other noises apart from if i try to arm it with a door still open im happy to keep this feature its just the annoying beep beep when i open thedoor i wat to delete, any ideas???
Many thanks

I have the sigma M series book at home if this is any good to you. I think I have the M30 system and recently turned my beeps off when arming and disarming by putting the keys in, turning on the ignition pressing someting like #6 on the keypad then turning he ignintion off.

Don't try this until I check the proper numbers though.

Hi Guys,
sorry i dont think i made it clear, the beeps i have are when i open the door, the beeps are there to warn me that the car will arm itself, these are the beeps i want to get rid of so then itll be a quite alarm unless triggered!!
Can anyone e mail a list of the function codes for this alarm??? That would be a great help for future playing.
I have done several searches but cant find anything on how to stop the beeps that ive got.
Many thanks, Justin

Arrow

If anyone wants a copy, I have the M30 alarm codes and how to enable / disable them in a word doc. Email me if you would like it.

Cheers
