Sorry to hear about your paint.

Think yourself lucky you didnt get someone Tw*T run over your roof and leave 5 F**k off big dents in it like me.

I'd be in jail if i caught them.

Best thing for minro scrathes is some colour wax with T-cut etc in it. It can help bring a bit of colour to it and hide it if its light enough.

Meguirs Scratch X works pretty well and it doesn't remove layers of paint like T Cut. Depends how bad the scratches are.

I had lots of swirl marks after being lazy through the winter and sticking the scoob through a car wash (Flame suit on!!). Scratch X has got rid of the majority.

Sorry to hear it mate, I had I light scratch in my escort cab a couple of years ago I cleaned it up, then put touch up paint just in the scratch then t-cut over it leaving a small amount just in the scratch, never perfect but hid the scratch quite well….

I got some 'scratch fix' from the wax wizard (Mark Underwood) to remove scratches caused by brambles and one of those green & yellow scouring pads , it worked really well.

autoglym paint renovator - much less abrasive than T-Cut, then finish off with super resin polish - good as new (done this a fair few times now!)

Swissol cleanser fluid will also get rid of light scratches easily and without stripping a layer of paint off the car

brett, it sure does. The golf i had the boot lid had gone almost white with the the sun on it. the paint renivator brought it all off and the colour back again. finished it off with a couple of coats of polish and it was shinnyer than the rest of the car
