Had the anti-lift kit fitted the other day, and despite technical arguments that say otherwise, it does appear to reduce front end lift when accelerating in a straight line.

A side effect seems to be that the car feels quicker (although I agree it's probably an illusion). In theory however, grip issues aside), shouldn't a car with say zero lift get more power down, as less power is lost to weight transfer over a car with hugh lift?

Cool

Maybe the increased dive on braking gives the illusion of higher speeds being obtained? Anti-lift == Anti-anti-dive == Pro-Dive , IIRC.

Cool

I had both the anti-lift and anti-dive fitted.

Car stays flat all the time under hard acceleration and heavy braking.... Lovely

The anti-dive prevents the nose from 'diving' under braking - helps to keep the car flat just as the anti-lift helps under acceleration.

Powerstation fitted both - cant remember how much it was now but they would quote you over the phone if you call them.

Cool

Anti-lift AND Anti-dive?! LOL. Are you sure you haven't paid for _no_work_at_all_ ?
I guess that stiffer springs could be argued as anti lift/dive/roll.

The ALK kit comes from Whiteline, the inventors of it.
It alters the castor angle and thereby decreasing lift when accelerating, especially out of a corner. The negative side is increased noise and wibration in the steeringculomn. The positive side is better steering response and reactions.
But what you mean with anti-dive is totally strange to me...

The prodrive guy in the suspension forum mentions anti dive kits.
