Running a MY93 wrx, ... anybody any ideas on what spark plugs are best suited....?

NGK pfr6 (std)/ pfr7 (upgrade)......0.7mm gap

HKS plugs are good when they work right, but they seem a bit hit and miss. We always use NGK/Greddy iridium plugs, again not cheap but they seem to be the best around.

I just bought my plugs from halfords, maybe I'm stupid
NGK, the recommended ones, PFR6 or whatever, and they cost £52!

£35 for 4 all inclusive NGK PFR7's
for £52 they must be really SPECIAL!!!!!!!!!!!!

Where's the best place to get PTFR7's and what gap should they be set at??????????
