I am currently using my Intercooler Water Spray Reservoir for my Water Injection . This has been purely water up to now however I am worried about this freezing now Winter is here and am unsure of whether I should just mix some methonol or whether a small % of antifreeze will be OK.

Not sure what is safest to be spraying into the intake and also what is safest being sprayed onto the intercooler and engine bay

Advise Please...............

I'm just leaving mine empty. Its winter. I don't see why should we need the IC spray in sub zero (its snowing a bit here and the grit is out).

Katana

I am talking about Water Injection as well as Intercooler Spray.

My water injection is mapped in and therefore is integral in the car not going pop in its current state of tune........

I am just unsure of what to do as both the WI and Intercooler spray share the same reservior in the engine bay.........

Oops, only saw intercooler spray.

Don't know really. I heard that some people mixes a bit of methanol in their water injector for more power and methanol freezes at a lower temperature than water. But then some of the water will still freeze. Got to wait for a WI expert to come along and explain it to us.
