Thumbs up

Get the downpipe sorted then look at getting an upgrade ecu.

Link (very good but not cheap)
motec ( " " )
ecu tek (cheaper option)(£500)

And many more.

Isn't 16.5psi very close to std boost?

I doubt you have 255 with those mods alone. You will get those sorts of claims from the people selling the bits alright but if you have a 02 WRX that started with 215bhp then you'll need to do more for that sort of gain.

You could get rid of the other CAT's and stick a bit more boost on (17.5psi seems to be the accepted safe limit from reading other posts). Maybe an intake upgrade but that seems to be the curse of these cars so possibly a dry filter type. getting rid of the Cat's alone should help your low down impression of torque.

g'luck
