Default 2022 WRX Oil Starvation on Track?

Hi,

Searched and can’t find an answer. Does the new motor still suffer from a drop in oil pressure over sustained g’s when on a track?

Thanks for any input.

Nothing?

It is a very important element to a sports car. Although lacking by almost every manufacturer.

You are posting on a UK forum who like the rest of Europe haven't seen a "new" WRX since 2017.

You will probably get more of a reponse from posting on NASIOC or an Australian forum.

Like all Subaru flat fours, they can suffer from pooling of oil in the heads, caused by sustained g forces on track. This is more common with track tyres and unmodified sumps. I'm guessing oil pressure has little to do for this.
If you're impatient for an answer, do as Don says, as this UK forum probably has under 200 active members, none of whom have access to the car you ask about.

Thanks for the replies. Whoops. Did not realize it was the UK forum. Thanks again.
