Anybody know if the gc8 turbo ej20 crank pulley wheel is the same as the non turbo, have the non turbo p/n as 12305AA242. Its missing and dont want to buy a new one as not sure if the engine will even start. If it does il chance a cheap 2nd hand one.

 

It is as long as it's an EJ205 or EJ20G but not EJ207

 

presuming you are talking about the outer large Aux crank pulley then whilst the individual styles change over the years they arew basically all the same fitment
if you mean the actual crank timing gear that the belt runs on then they are very specific to age / model

 

Part number quoted equates to aux belt pulley not timing belt

 

thanks don, bought one on ebay, should be able to try and start it over Xmas

 

just for future info then its as I said above.........The AUX pulley style varies but physical fitment is all the same
