Default boot water leak on gf8

I have a water leak into the boot on the drivers side of my gf8, is there a known area where the leak could be coming from?

Must be similar to the GC8s so boot seal and light seals.

Lol I was up in Leeds the other day, it was pissing it down. Didn't think the hose pipe ban as in effect.

Just checked looks like you guys are still facing a ban

You might be ok to check for leaks with the pipe because you aren't washing the car. Or alternatively use a bucket.

I had similar issue and found the seal was gummed up and perished , the water was hitting the part that was gummed up and then finding it’s way in , once cleaned it stopped even tho it was perished in places. Doesn’t take a lot to gum up the channels.

Same here. left rear light cluster (5 door 1994/1996)
Did try removing an resealing light cluster (note there is an extra 8mm nut tucked further into the arch and not easily visible
but still leaking
Will have another go sometime. For now have paper towel that I change after any downpour
