I don't think the dealer would do it mate. You would need someone to turn it off on the ecu side or it will keep throwing up a code.

I’ve spoken to Enginetuner who can map it out without removing it apparently to save on labour and effort of removing and blanking off.
they did say they can remove and blank and hopefully would only take 2-3hrs labour.

When a mate done mine a few years back on my hawk he cut a spanner in half to get him access to the valve bolts in turbo side of the heads....it was still very tight but doable.
Map tweak is simply removing the fault codes from the list once removed
Mapping it out with still in place you simply set the runtime to 0, it's a single parameter value
Having it out clears the engine bay a bit as the pump and the valves are fair enough size
I then sold my secondary air pump then on ebay for 125 at the time
When mine failed on the hatch it was actually a split in the rubber Y pipe we found, between the two valves so worth checking if it's something as simple as that
