what exhaust in 2021
Can't quite believe I'm asking this, but what exhausts are people running nowadays?
I've currently got a concoction consisting of a scoobyworld downpipe (with sports cat), mated to a miltek 2.75" centre + backbox. Unfortunately, the miltek is quite loud, at least for an old fart like myself, and it also makes an annoying rattle now (loose shield somewhere inside it).
It needs to be track friendly, and also neighbour friendly. At the moment I don't even want to take the car out for drives in case I come home too late in the evening, and / or if I have to leave early, because it vibrates the whole house. Noise-wise, the absolute maximum I'd want to go to is really the old prodrive system I had - it measured 88db on static noise test.
I was originally looking at used ones, but prices are crazy, so almost feels as if I might as well buy new...
Doesn't need to support loads of power - 350hp would be enough.

The jetex / revolution is a good shout, however I have had a revolution at some point in the past, and tbh I didn't find it particularly quiet I think I might go to a 2.5" section again, as the 3" exhausts end up with quite a deep note (IMO).
@rusti: yes, I should have never gotten rid of the prodrive setup :-\ I see scoobyworld have some mid-pipes with a big resonator box, but it's for "all the pounds" (271 to be precise, for the centre section only): http://scoobyworld.co.uk/catalog/pro...oducts_id=5030
