I'm currently considering buying my first Subaru, though I could use some help from someone with more knowledge!

here’s what I’m looking at

has some light rust on the rear wheel arches and a short list of advisory’s

• Oil leak, but not excessive (8.4.1 (a) (i))
• Offside Front Tyre worn close to legal limit/worn on edge inner edge (5.2.3 (e))
• Front Exhaust has a minor leak of exhaust gases (6.1.2 (a))
• Nearside Rear Anti-roll bar linkage pin or bush worn but not resulting in excessive movement (5.3.4 (a) (i))
• Offside Rear Anti-roll bar linkage pin or bush worn but not resulting in excessive movement (5.3.4 (a) (i))
• Front Sub-frame corroded but not seriously weakened (5.3.3 (b) (i))
• Rear subframe covered in underseal
• Offside Front Headlamp has a product on the lens but not seriously reducing light output (4.1.4 (b))
• Front radiator support bracket corroded

are these issues that I should worry about?
