Default Boost guage info needed

I just acquired a 2007 WRX, and am rather new to the turbo scene. The boost guage in this car has me totally confused. It is scaled from -.1 to +.15 - and the only notation is the letters Mpa, which I am assuming is the units that it is calibrated in.
When at full boost, it will read between +.05 and +.1, and in normal driving it is in the negative ranges.
Questions:
1. Is this some european guage ?
2. Does anyone know what the Mpa units refer to?
3. Is there some conversion to PSI that I an use?
4. Would it be worth replacing with a guage calibrated in PSI?

Thanks for any info...

1Mpa -- 10Bar so 0.15Mpa = 1.5bar =21.8 psi

Easy enough to find on the web
