Default cams on dohc ej205s removal help

best ideas on how to remove the cam pulleys.....I don't have impacts/air/….has the annoying allen key hex bolts...…..

also with my crank lined up to oil pump is there any chance of valves hitting when turning cams without belt on and how do I know if its 180 degrees off or not because isn't it 2 rotations ?? and ive lost track...thanks

If possible, put the belt back on and crack the bolts off with a breaker bar. Makes it a lot easier if the belt is still on.
