Default Specification of common 10mm bolt?

I’ve been doing lots of work on my classic and most of the common 10mm body bolts are rusted and need replacing but I can’t seem to pin down the spec of these bolts, I belive them to be M6 x 20mm flanged hex bolts, is this correct?

cheers.

Yes, but some are M6 x 16, some M6 x 30
You'll not know until you get them out.

I have replaced many of my non-high-torque bolts with stainless off ebay, flanged ones too. I've also had stainless crews for the headlight motors etc.
