Default Help Non start condition

Firstly sorry my first post is asking for help. I have a 95 Wrx and recently removed the inlet manifold, power steering pump and alternator and replaced with painted/dipped parts. I labelled everything up so am sure have put everything back correctly.
When I went to fire up am getting no fuel to the rails I get two clicks no cel comes on at all only lights I get on dash is battery antilock brake oil and hand brake the car will crank over but not fire up. So far I have checked:
Confirmed all plugs connected correctly,
Confirmed all earths connected,
Checked fuses under bonnet and under dash no issues
Checked plugs on ecu and no power
Struggling to get to the bottom of this issue so any pointers would be great

I can't remember the layout or if its possible, but are flow and return on the fuel rails connected the right way round? Regulator might prevent flow in wrong direction?

Was the CEL lamp working before you stripped the inlet?
Checked fuses, including SB ones and the fusible link.

Never really notice the cel before the inlet removal, checked all fused including the sb switches and link. Really has me baffled

Finally got her started, removed everything down to the inlet manifold checked harness wasn't happy with the condition of the cam plug, soldered on a new cam plug, refitted everything except for the inlet manifold spacers. Fired up on first turn of the key
