Help Non start condition

Firstly sorry my first post is asking for help. I have a 95 Wrx and recently removed the inlet manifold, power steering pump and alternator and replaced with painted/dipped parts. I labelled everything up so am sure have put everything back correctly.
When I went to fire up am getting no fuel to the rails I get two clicks no cel comes on at all only lights I get on dash is battery antilock brake oil and hand brake the car will crank over but not fire up. So far I have checked:
Confirmed all plugs connected correctly,
Confirmed all earths connected,
Checked fuses under bonnet and under dash no issues
Checked plugs on ecu and no power
Struggling to get to the bottom of this issue so any pointers would be great

Also fitted inlet spacers when refitted manifold

I can't remember the layout or if its possible, but are flow and return on the fuel rails connected the right way round? Regulator might prevent flow in wrong direction?

Yeah connected correctly

Crank sensor unconnected or wiring damaged when you removed alternator?

ossett2k2 01 July 2016 04:59 PM

Cam sensor and injector #2 mixed up?

Is there no CEL with just ignition on?

Chris_t 01 July 2016 05:20 PM

Crank sensor connected, cam sensor and injector wiring correct way round, no cel at all even with ignition in on position

Was the CEL lamp working before you stripped the inlet?
Checked fuses, including SB ones and the fusible link.

Never really notice the cel before the inlet removal, checked all fused including the sb switches and link. Really has me baffled

No power to the ECU,car got an immobiliser?
Did you check fuses with a meter or just visually?

Chris_t 01 July 2016 07:16 PM

Checked the fuses with multimeter, there is an imobileser think that's me next check but that allows me to get the lights mentioned in my first post no lights at all until press the alarm button to deactivate

I was thinking that but I had dremelled it to the metal but it is sitting on 10mm spacers

Finally got her started, removed everything down to the inlet manifold checked harness wasn't happy with the condition of the cam plug, soldered on a new cam plug, refitted everything except for the inlet manifold spacers. Fired up on first turn of the key
